Q. What is your return / exchange policy?

Your satisfaction is very important to us. If merchandises are missing or damaged, you have 3 days of delivery to notify us in writing via email to our returns department at customercare@annalisebyakt.com. A refund, less the shipping and insurance fee, will be refund in the original payment.

Customer is responsible for all shipping fees.

No returns or exchanges on PRE-ORDER and SALE items.

All return packages must include RETURN AUTHORIZATION number and the merchandise in its original condition with all tags attached. Item(s) must not wear, washed, stains, marks, odors, damaged, or altered.

20% restocking fee will apply to any return items are not in its original packaging, without RA#, or more than 3 days grace period.

It depends on the delivery service you selected. Ground shipping might takes 5-7 business days and express shipping takes between 1-3 working days not including holidays. (US only)

You have 24 hrs to change or cancel it before shipment. After that time, you will be charged 10% of the order.

Unfortunately, we only ship to billing address.
