Return policy

Your satisfaction is very important to us. If merchandises are missing or damaged, you have 3 days of delivery to notify us in writing via email to our returns department at A refund, less the shipping and insurance fee, will be refund in the original payment.

Customer is responsible for all shipping fees.

No returns or exchanges on PRE-ORDER and SALE items.

All return packages must include RETURN AUTHORIZATION number and the merchandise in its original condition with all tags attached. Item(s) must not wear, washed, stains, marks, odors, damaged, or altered.

20% restocking fee will apply to any return items are not in its original packaging, without RA#, or more than 3 days grace period.

We reserve the right to charge you the cost of the returning items including the shipping and insurance fee if the return items are not in its original conditions.
